產品描述：Description

◎陶纖機制板與擋火板由陶瓷纖維通過真空成型工藝制成，開發此產品的目的在于能夠制成擁有優越高溫性能的，剛性的并有自支撐強度的板。

◎陶纖機制板與擋火板強度高于纖維毯與真空成型氈，適用于對產品有剛性強度要求的應用領域。另外，根據應用需求，有更高容重的真空成型陶纖板產品，板的隔熱性能、耐磨性能及強度有進一步的提高。

◎高純陶纖擋火板適用于最高溫度為1260℃的大多數應用環境，其獨特的配方使其在大于1000℃的環境下性能得到加強。

◎陶纖擋火板是采用特定的耐火添加劑生產的高強纖維板材。此產品質地堅韌、耐壓強度高，具有優越的耐高溫性能及優良的支撐力；可做為工業窯爐溫度區間擋火隔熱的優良耐材。

◎陶纖機制板與擋火板配方中包含有少量的有機結合劑來增強其冷態強度，在大約200到300℃第一次灼燒時有機物就可被燒掉。

Ceramic Fiber Process Board and Flame Shield Board have more intensity than fiber blanket and vacuum formed felt, which app to the region of requiring rigid intensity otherwise, according to app requirement, the thermal insulation、abrasion-resistance and intensity of board need to improve more. If there have vacuum formed ceramic fiber board product with a bigger density.

High Purity Ceramic Fiber Flame Shield app to the most environment of the highest temperature is 1260 centigrade special formula make it’s performance reinforced under more than 1000 centigrade environment

Ceramic Fiber Flame Shield was an excellent intensity board which is processed with special additive. This product is tenacity, excellent pressure resistance and thermal insulation &excellent self-support capability; as excellent thermal insulation materials of industrial furnace temperature section.

The ingredient of Ceramic Fiber Process Board and Flame Shield Board which included a little organic binder to reinforce their cooling intensity, the organic matter could be burn off at first burning approximate 200 to 300 centigrade
