吊頂CE認(rèn)證- EN 13964-涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍：

   該歐標(biāo)提供了用于普通建筑和土木工程內(nèi)部應(yīng)用的吊頂設(shè)計(jì)，制造和選用的相關(guān)信息。 它涵蓋完整的吊頂套件（包括自行配置，燈飾和其他產(chǎn)品），基材套件和和獨(dú)立元件（產(chǎn)品），如基材，薄膜元件等。它包括測試方法和評(píng)估方法，以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的符合性評(píng)估。

The European Standard provides information for the various parties responsible for designing, manufacturing and specifying/selecting suspended ceilings used for interior applications in general building and civil engineering structures. It covers suspended ceilings sold as a complete kit (including, optionally, light fittings and other features), substructures sold as kits, individual components (products) of such substructures, and membrane components. It includes test methods and methods of assessment, as well as provisions for the evaluation of conformity of the products to the requirements of this standard.
 

吊頂CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證）－ 簡介

  在吊頂上加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13964）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。
 

吊頂CE認(rèn)證- EN 13964-認(rèn)證流程：

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請(qǐng)

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，吊頂需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CRP 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，吊頂需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13964

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13964進(jìn)行測試評(píng)估，歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)認(rèn)證體系1或者體系3進(jìn)行由歐盟權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行認(rèn)證

5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)辦法的測試報(bào)告和證書 (如果根據(jù)體系1認(rèn)證需工廠審查)

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
 

吊頂CE認(rèn)證－性能要求

CE marking to Suspended Ceilings–EN 13964- Requirement

防火性能Reaction to fire(必做項(xiàng)目)：

根據(jù)EN13501-1進(jìn)行測定評(píng)估，防火等級(jí)為A,B,C,D,E,F,

（產(chǎn)品用于防火用途，如果產(chǎn)品使用阻燃劑以提高產(chǎn)品性能，需要根據(jù)體系1進(jìn)行認(rèn)證，否則根據(jù)體系3認(rèn)證）

耐火性能Fire Resistance:

如果用于隔火用途，需要根據(jù)EN 13501-2 進(jìn)行耐火極限測試，耐火30分鐘，60分鐘或者90分鐘
