在歐盟市場“CE”標(biāo)志屬強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在聚苯乙烯泡沫上加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13164）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場自由銷售并打開其他國際市場。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行

聚苯乙烯泡沫CE認(rèn)證 –EN 13164認(rèn)證– 需要符合的產(chǎn)品指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

A．產(chǎn)品指令：建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR(Construction Product Regulation) 305/2011/EU

B．歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

EN 13164:2012 建筑用隔熱產(chǎn)品－工廠生產(chǎn)聚苯乙烯泡沫（XPS）產(chǎn)品

聚苯乙烯泡沫CE認(rèn)證 –EN 13164認(rèn)證– 涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍：

擠塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板具有輕質(zhì)、抗壓、防水、低導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)、防腐蝕、經(jīng)久耐用等特點(diǎn)。與EPS聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板相比，其強(qiáng)度，保溫，抗水汽滲透等性能有較大提高。在浸水條件下仍能完整的保持其保溫性能和抗壓強(qiáng)度，特別適合應(yīng)用于建筑物的隔熱，保溫，防潮處理。是常見的建筑絕熱保溫材料。

聚苯乙烯泡沫CE認(rèn)證–EN 13164-認(rèn)證流程：

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，發(fā)泡聚苯乙烯需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，發(fā)泡聚苯乙烯需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13164

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13163進(jìn)行測試評估，歐盟公告認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)認(rèn)證體系1或3進(jìn)行測試認(rèn)證

5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測試報(bào)告和證書

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場自由銷售
